The forecast looks like this, the BF has the weekend off, and I haven't been snowboarding yet this year...can anyone give me a reason NOT to go to Tahoe this weekend???I know, I know...I live 3 hours from the mountains and I haven't been up there this season. But in my defense, the snow has been pretty terrible/non-existent, and spring-skiing conditions in January don't generally do much to help that. However, it looks like things are finally turning around. Squaw, here we come, or maybe Alpine, if the weather's iffy. Either way, I plan to have some sore muscles this time next week. There isn't much that will make you hurt worse than your first, powder-filled weekend on the slopes. Bring it, pain.
